That's interesting. The Hastings store where I live never seems inclined to compete with anyone. Their new releases are generally priced at about $19.95. I might be inclined to actually shop there if they actually had some decent pricing. I generally don't go since Wal-Mart and Target consistently undersell them.

I've noticed some of these prices, lately. I was debating on buying Transporter 2 used, but was waiting on a Buy 2 Get 1 for a penny deal. But I noticed, last week, that they had it brand new for $9.99 so I went ahead and picked it up. Pretty good price on King Kong, as well, though still not $13.99, but since Hastings and Wal-Mart are the only stores in my town, might be worth the extra $2 instead of driving to the next town to Circuit City. But I already did the tower.com order 16.99 deal Got it in today, as a matter of fact.

Yeah I agree about Hastings. I'm going to price match Transporter 2 and In her shoes at BB. But yes, I'd wish they'd be more competitive.
