King of the Hill - NOT cancelled, FOX orders another season
I had read numerous times on this message board that this was King of the Hills final season, but according to CNN.com, they recently worked out deals with the voice talent and crew to do an 11th season. Woo-hoo! I did a search on the board for King of the Hill, but saw no other posting of this news.

Why are they even wasting their time? How much more "wacky" stuff can Bobby get into with Hank getting all upset about. Or how many more "misunderstandings" can the moron mother have? I liked the show in the early years but it's getting boring now.

I've found KOTH to be consistently well-written and still a quality program. Like Malcolm in the Middle, KOTH just doesn't get the respect that it still deserves.

Wow, this is great news. I really thought this was going to be the last year. And I agree with Morf, the show is still strong and a quality program. You can say that just about any show repeats itself, Mopower. "Oh, no. Another heart patient on Grey's Anatomy!" "Buffy is fighting another demon? Surely not?!" "Homer did something else stupid?" "There is a terrorist plot on 24?" "Someone else died on one of the Law and Order shows?"

Ya you're right but I don't like any of those shows either.

Chalk up another mark for someone glad the Hills will be back. I hated this show when it first came out. After I started catching the reruns, it's now one of my favorites.

Good news, probably my favorite animated show since Futurama went byebye and the Simpsons basically IMHO ran its course. I'm glad its coming back.
