Ghost and Mr. Chicken: Why is the single release still worth something on eBay?

I was looking on eBay and noticed that this DVD is actually still worth a few bucks. Is it just because collectors want it, or is there something on the disc that isn't on the latest release in the Don Knotts box set? I tried to find a review for the original DVD, but I can't seem to find one anywhere.

nothing diffrent on the dvd....people just don't like flippers, or don't know that the other collection is out. With Don Knotts in the news this week, it is probably gaining attention from more people.
