Any pointers or suggestions on an econimical "splitter".....I'm sick of watching my region-free player through the "S-Video" input!

If you're looking for something really inexpensive, go to a store that sells video game accessories and get a Pelican HD switcher. It's about $20-$25 and will switch between 3 component video devices.
Unfortunately, it only supports standard RCA inputs for audio, so you're SOL if your two devices use a digital audio connector.

If your tv has two component inputs, you can run two through the receiver, and one, straight to the tv.
I thought if your tv has the inputs, maybe you hadn't thought about this............
Good luck!

It actually has 4 component inputs, should you have more needs in the future. (But yes, no digital audio switching capabilities.)
Seems to have dropped to $17 bucks sinceI bought it:

I would really appreciate some feedback on how the quality is with the 360. I really need a component system selector but don't have a whole lot of cash, if this thing holds up the 360's graphics good I'll be real stoked.
