I read Adam Tyner's DVD review of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (Widescreen Special Edition) at http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/read.php?ID=7679 and...overall i agree with this review, this film like the first vacation 2nd widescreen releases with the so called extras were better than the first generic full frame dvds (with no extras) but the extras on both DVDs were well short of what could have been, so i guess we will have to hope for a 3rd release, maybe a 2 disc set with loads of extra goodies, for example, something similer to the 2nd release on dvd of theres something about mary (2 disc and loaded with great extras)
