I've read elsewhere that people are having a hard time finding it but it's supposedly out there.

Many on-line stores are not shipping Andy-5 either (as of 02/17/2006) .... which is just exactly like what happened when Andy-4 came out; Andy-4 was delayed for ten days before Amazon shipped mine.

Curious...curious....currrrious....

Review copies went out as normal. Mine arrived a few weeks ago. So it's something on the distribution level, not manufacturing. It really does exist.

Yep, problems with Season 4 for the first couple of weeks it was out. Didn't see an Andy season 5 at Costco this week. Just glad they are still making these sets. Next set (season 6) is in color, and no Barney Fife. Already announced but I'll breathe easier once I see that set in my hands as well.

Has anyone seen Andy season 4 at Costco?

I bought the first three and each time found a rebate/Costco sale deal that made me wish I'd waited. So I've been waiting for 4 to have a deal and had no luck.

Just got off phone with my local Wal-Mart...they just received them today and had plenty in stock.........cna't wait to put this with the other 4 seasons....I'm officially done with this series...i cannot stand the colored version of this show......Its not because they went to color in season 6...but Barney left the show and ....HAROLD SPRAGUE & WARREN......get under my skin just hearing them talk:d......

It's Howard Sprague.

Are you saying Emmett the Fix-It Man was a fave?

Got mine at Sams this week. Had a bunch of them. Appears they are readily available now, about 10 days after release day. Just like Season 4. Are the studios starting to underprint some titles since so many dvds have been returned for refunds by retailers seeking shelf space over the last year? Interesting.
