This is a thread for the promotion of buying Danish products, since the Islamic world seems to be banning their products now.
Don't know if this is on the news as much in the States as it is here...
If you haven't seen the cartoons or been watching the news, you can find them on the internet or I'm sure if this thread grows some will post them here if possible.
I think this whole thing with the Danish cartoon is so rediculous . These countries are boycotting Danish products which is costing the Danes money and jobs for their (and our) belief in the "Freedom of speech and the press". The middle east is yelling for blood and beheadings and burning flags over a cartoon drawing! So I propose that those that disagree with the demanded censorship by the Islamic world , go out and support the Danes by buying some of their products. And I don't mean go buy a Danish at the pastry shop...
Here is a list of some Danish goods.
Carlsberg beer, go out and buy your friends a drink.
Lego, go buy your kids a new toy.
B&O Bang & Olefsen, go out and buy your family a new stereo system.
DynAudio, go out and buy some of the finest car audio speakers you will hear.
Ecco shoes, go buy yourself some comfy shoes.
Or go to the grocery store and buy some Danish Havarti cheese and if they don't carry it ask them to order it.
