I ordered a DVD from Amazon on Tuesday for $10.99 (which just arrived this morning) and now I see it is on sale for $8.99. Do they offer price adjustments for situations like this, like some B&Ms do? If so, where on their site do I go?

I searched their Help page, but couldn't find anything relevant.

I know it's not really a big deal, but $2 is $2.

They keep they're phone number sufficiently hidden that I never have to wait much to speak with someone.

Though emails to them are often handled inappropriately by folks just clicking on form-letter responses.

I've done it the email way before, and it worked out fine. I got a response quick, either later that same day or the next day I'm not sure, but it was refunded to me. They say here that it's a 30 day policy, but I emailed on the 31st day and just said that it was within a month, and they did it.
