Hello Paramount, might be a good date to finally release Ridley Scott's 1492: Conquest Of Paradise on dvd, and use as a tie in. Anybody hear me over there?

Besides the fact that I hated this movie, that's rather lavish treatment. Too bad all of that effort isn't used for more deserving movies, but what the hell do I know

This is great news. I like KoH but I could tell it was lacking. It was pretty obvious that the cuts are what hurt the movie. I hope this DC version does this movie justice.

The last half of this movie was pretty cool, the first half since you can tell it was chopped to pieces was rather dull. Hopefully the film gets restored to something great. The movie still has potential but I don't know if I'll waste my money now after seeing the original cut.

Looking forward to this, the theatrical cut felt like it was missing a lot of plot and character development.
Held off on buying the current release since this one was pretty much confirmed.
