Rachel McAdams was supposed to be in the shot instead of Tom Ford, but she decided that the nooditity was not for her. Photographer Annie Leibovitz said that "Three girls in a bed is a bed full of girls. Two girls in a bed are lesbians." and had Ford slip his greasy self in there.

Seriously, that photo is doctored to make them look like a painting, but it makes them look too pale, and Keira is way too skinny for my taste. Rachel would have been a welcome addition.

Well it is photos, they are 99% airbrushed, so thats life. Scarlett Johansson is perfection though so this picture is quite amazing I do believe. I'd assume this picture would virtually point out she is ready for some Oscar winning nudity. Alright, so I like to believe it virtually points that out.
