Looking for a good deal on desktop.

hey this is my first post, sorry if it is in the wrong area. I am looking for a good deal on a desktop, possibly around a P4, 512 of ram, HD doesnt really matter too much, but I would be impressed if it included a video card, looking to spend roughly around 500-600. Thanks!

I just picked up (at BestBuy) a dual core Athlon 64 (2.2), 1GB DDR, 250GBHD, DVD, DVD Burner w/lightscribe, Nvidia 6100 256MB graphics card, and a 9-in-1 media card reader for $769. Also has McAfee, Nero, and all kind of other goodies loaded on it. A little higher than you said you wanted to spend, but it is a nice machine. You can probably find it cheaper online.

No clue if you have the desire to build one, but I recommend newegg.com if you're up to the task.

Dell also has good deals periodically. You might check fatwallet.

Thanks, managed to pick up a Dell 5100 P4 3.0, 1 gig of ram, 160gig HD, 128mb video card, sound card, dual dvd burners....from dell outlet, took me alot of refreshes but found this system for 470 dollars
