Love Actually - Extended or Branching Edition?

We've started using the film Love Actually in our freshman course on the human experience, and I find that for our purposes, the film would be much enhanced by the extra scenes available on the current DVD release.

Does anyone know if there are plans to release an extended edition of this film on DVD, or a branching version, like they did with X-Men?

I'd say probably not since this film is now located in the sub $5 bins in Walmart. I think this is a really good film too, shame it didn't find more of an audience.

Excellent film, but I doubt there'll be an extended edition. The film's already close to 2&1/2 hours and the deleted scenes really aren't that special to take the flicks running time near 3 hours.
