Note: Target usually lists the price (or "low price") right under the dvd. As always, the people who put the ads together are brilliant at causing confusion. Under the big Bambi II picture, it says "$16.99". Under that same $16.99 is Waiting... & under "Waiting...", it doesn't have a price (or "low price"). My best bet is that Bambi II is $16.99 and Waiting... is "low price". I could be wrong. It could be vice versa or both of them could be $16.99. This is just my attempt to bring you accurate ads.
