It's not an 19" but I just bought the Killer new Gateway 21' for $527 at Best Buy (The sale is at Circuit City and BB matched them). By far the best bang for the buck. I LOVE Mine...!!!

Only thing that PO's me about it is that it did not came with a DVI cable. But I bought one for $8 from ebay.

Check Ecost.com, they have a lot of LCD monitors and TVs for cheap.
