Cannot download Windows Media Center for 360

I have been trying to download Windows Media Center from Microsoft here http://www.xbox.com/en-US/pcsetup/XPSP2.htm

When I click the "NEXT" button, I get "page cannot be displayed" and provides me with the web address of, http://download.microsoft.com/download/2/8/5/28521E1E-120E-4D05-8310-3E43F2734431/XboxXPSP2-ENU.exe

I cannot figure out why in the world I'm able to download this Media download.

I've tried a different browser, checked the computer with multiple virus and spyware programs (no problems btw) and at my wits end. Anyone know what could be happening? :(
