You could also make a catalog order at the B&M store. They usually offer free shipping when you place a catalog order at the store. However, they aren't supposed to give you free shipping when you use a coupon on your order, but they still sometimes do(it's definitely a YMMV depending on the person taking the order over the phone). I've gotten free shipping before and I have also been denied.
