3rd party extended warranties?

I'm getting a new tv and since it's about 3 grand, I should probably get an extended warranty, but the company I'm buying it from doesn't offer one. Is there a reliable 3rd party company that offers this? Since it's a professional model, Panasonic doesn't offer an extended warranty (just for consumer). I don't think my credit card has an extended warranty clause or whatever. Thanks

There are but they are even more expensive than what the retailers offer.

the one I found is $600 for 3 years (through the retailer) other sites have the same model but the same warranty is about $200, so I was thinking of finding one elsewhere.
