No matter how many times I watch Sideways, the moment when Thomas Haden Church turns to Giamatti in the car and yells, "you fucking told Mya!" while he's holding the towel to his face kills me every time.

Let's think about this for a sec, Ted. Why would someone put a guarantee on a box?
Hmm, very interesting.
-Go on, I'm listening.
Here's the way i see it, Ted. A guy puts a fancy guarantee on the box
'cause he wants you to feel all warm and toasty inside.
-Yeah, makes a man feel good.
Of course it does. Why shouldn't it? You figure you put that little box
under your pillow at night, the Guarantee Fairy might come down and leave
a quarter, am i right, Ted?
-What's your point?
The point is, how do you know the fairy isn't a crazy glue sniffer?
"Building model airplanes" says the little fairy. Well, we're not buying it.
He sneaks into your house once, that's all it takes. Next thing you know there's money missing
off the dresser and your daughter is knocked up. I've seen it a hundred times.
-But why do they put a guarantee on the box then?
'Cause they know all they sold you was a guaranteed piece of shit. That's all it is, isn't it?
Hey, if you want me to take a dump in a box and mark it "guaranteed", i will. I got spare time.
Cracks me up every time, expecially the "take a dump in a box" line.

STRANGE BREW.
After witnessing their lawyer jump ahead of them to beat the living hell out of the local press on the courthouse steps, Bob turns to Doug and whispers, "Remind me to pay his bill on time, eh."
Ahh, good stuff.

John Goodman's "eulogy" speech in The Big Lebowski. I saw it again yesterday and laughed so hard I nearly cried.

Pulp Fiction
-Almost every line Sam Jackson utters. Specifically, when he says "say what again. I dare ya, I double dare ya you muthafucka."
Along Came Polly
-The spicy food scene with Stiller and Aniston.
Old School
-Ferrell getting shot with the dart will always be hilarious to me.
Anchorman
-Almost every single minute.

This is just after he drank some expired chocolate milk.

It's not as well regarded as others in the series, but several moments in Revenge of the Pink Panther get me every time. I guess it's a guilty pleasure. It's been a while since I've seen this one so I may get some details wrong ...

The very beginning when they are leaving the movie theater and they start to go the wrong way on the street and Doug yells to the cop that his brother is drunk.
Deleted scene from Mallrats when they are in the comic shop the whole Fart and Dick joke triad.

A lot of scenes in Dumb & Dumber, particularly the Turbo Lax scene with Harry in the guest bathroom-- especially when we hear, "Harry, don't use the toilet, it's broken"... Or the scene where they meet Sea Bass.
In There's Something About Mary, the defibrillation of the dog with the lamp cord.
Many, many scenes in the Naked Gun series. One that comes to mind is the scene where Frank is trapped on a ledge outside a building. He had just finished "searching" an apartment and wreaking havoc, setting a fire, etc.. Anyway, he's outside on the ledge with the-- how to say it-- "anatomically correct" statues. When he falls and grabs the uh-- you know-- of one of the statues and is pulling himself up by it-- that is priceless. Then his boss later, "Breaking and entering, arson, sexual assault with a cement dildo!! Frank, what were you thinking?"
Another scene where they go to the adult bookstore to question the owner is also priceless.

The scene in the Burbs when Bruce Dern is standing on the porch and falls down and yells, " I dropped the goddamned brownies!!!"...I piss myself everytime I watch that scene for some reason.

I watch "Dirty Work" about twice a month. I absolutely love that movie. So many great lines:
"Hey, homeless guys ..."
"Sam, have you been urinating this entire time?"
"Remember when you said you could see how women find Sean Connery attractive?" "Nnnnnnooooooo."
And the list goes on.

-Gene Wilder strangling Marty Feldman after the "Abby Normal" speech in "Young Frankenstein".
-Taggart's "Somebody's gonna have to go back and git a shitload of dimes" line in "Blazing Saddles".

Either that or the Sex Panther scene: "made with bits of real panther, so you know it's good."

A lot of Abbott & Costello bits, but my favorites are the drill scene from Buck Privates ("rightshoulderarms leftshoulderarms rightshoulderarms!") and the Susquehanna Hat scene from In Society. Those two make me laugh every time.
