The Top 100 DVD Census... was done by DVDTalk member "Jough," who annually surveyed members of this forum, HTF and DVDFile for their all-time "Top 10" picks.
"Jough" never finished the 2005 edition (posting several times that he was too busy with work, though numerous members offered him their help) and he stopped posting on DVDTalk altogether in May 2005.
If you look at the link below, you'll see that "Mhepburn20" (post #184) did compile the 2005 results, but he did not create a special webpage for the census, as "Jough" used to.

Hmm, I'd be interested in doing the Census for this year, i wouldn't be able to host it on a site though. If someone else wanted to do that, they could. Anybody interested in it? If not i won't even bother, but if people are up for it then i'll start working out the details.
