I enjoyed this episode and thought it was one of the funnier ones.
The couch gag was great especially the shot where Marge marries Lenny and then on the next shot, she is replaced by Carl and the kids have a puzzled look on their faces.

That one was drawn-out enough to be a Family Guy gag. I know that was supposed to be the point, but it just didn't fit as well into The Simpsons.

Ha, I thought the fan gag was the funniest joke of the episode. Awkward moments and silences can be great when you're not involved in one. 
. It wasn't THAT funny until Grandpa's last comment and how it was delivered.
Another hilarious part was when Bart crunched up the dog's butt to look like Grandpa.

Yours too? That's exactly where mine stopped. I don't know what my DVR has against the Simpsons. I think it's time for a dvr purge/cleanup.
Anyway, this was an interesting episode. Not laugh out loud, but I got a few chuckles. Piso Mojado, the literally-named area of the ocean floor. Couch gag was interesting, and it was nice seeing the tire fire again.
