Children's Book Forums?

Hey all. A friend of mine just finished his first children's book and he's self publishing. Does anyone know of good book forums online where he could tell people about it?

If you mean a forum simply to advertise the self-published work then I have no recommendations.

If your friend wants to talk about aspects of youth fiction then the newsgroup <A HREF="http://groups.google.com/group/rec.arts.books.childrens?lnk=sg" style=text-decoration:none>rec.arts.books.childrens</a> may be of some interest.

that might fit the bill.
