Star WarsPlug-in LightSaber game- help needed for electronically stupid
Bought my son this Tiger plug and play game for my kids and they love it. So much so that they have worn out three sets of AA batteries in three days.
I've come to realization that I should hook up an AC adapter to the unit, but before frying the unit, I thought I should check.
The toy has the following markings near the adapter receptacle:
(-) - C--(+)
DC IN 6V
While I'm sure that means to set the universal adapter at 6 volts, I'm entirely stumped in regards to polarity. Should that be set for negative or positive? I've heard that using the wrong polarity will cook the unit, so I don't want to test, and my on-line searches have come up blank (or leaving my in utter confusion).
Any help is appreciated.
