fye.com rebates, how to print them out?
Hello guys, I was hoping for some help on this. I purchased the Family Guy Volume 2 last week and now that I have received it in the mail, I cannot seem to find the rebate form for the $20 MIR they had. I have tried downloading it but have had zero luck finding it online. Anyone have an idea where I can go?

This questions comes up a lot, so I would recommend to anyone doing an fye or coconuts rebate to get into the habit of saving the rebate form to your computer the first time you bring it up to print it. I do this out of habit now and it saves me a lot of trouble if I lose the form I printed out.
Fye and coconuts both take the rebate forms off their websites basicaly as soon as the deal ends, and then the forms become hard to find.
