i picked it up at Best Buy yesterday. i have not watched it yet, but there are 4 live songs on it

it was by the new release CD's at the bottom of the rack. there was also a free Victory Records CD which has been available for a while next to it.

i don't know if any other purchase was required, i did buy a DVD, but it says "Not For Sale" on the Audioslave DVD
