Finally... I was beginning to worry that they weren't going to release anymore seasons!

Damn I love this show...

Yes. He was around through the completion of Season Four (there were five seasons in total).

Exactly. All the silence led me to believe we were done. And that was going to make me a sad panda. I can't get enough NewsRadio.

Straight to the top of my wish list.

This is fantastic news.

Instead of worrying about when the set comes out, I can now focus on hoping that one of the 10 commentaries is on Daydream. For my money, that is the best 22 minutes of entertainment ever created.

Excellent news! I saw the series for the first time on the S1 & S2 set, and absolutely loved it. Can't believe I didn't watch this in its first run.

And now, you can focus on hoping for world peace. TSoD's latest update:

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=4735

Commentary tracks on:
Arcade
Stocks
Daydream
Christmas
The Trainer
Rose Bowl
Our Fiftieth Episode
Sleeping
Mistake
Space

Also, there will be 25 episodes on this set, not the previously reported 24. "Injury," which was produced during season 2 (and was included on the S1&2 set), but aired during season 3 will also be included in this set, according to the above link.

Woo-hoo! Got my order into Amazon. I can't wait (of course, I'll continue rewatching S1 & S2 in the mean time - "We're just talkin' about SHAFT!", "I can dig it.").

BILL: I just have a few questions for ya chief.
DAVE: Okay…
BILL: Whose desk is this?
DAVE: Uh, yours Bill.
BILL: Right and whose stapler is this?
DAVE: Look Bill...
BILL: Humor me, whose stapler is this?
DAVE: Yours?
BILL: And this tape roll?
DAVE: Yours Bill. Why? -
BILL: Ah, ah, ah - Dave. Now whose cup of coffee is this?
DAVE: Yours?
BILL: Now that's where you're wrong. That is NOT my cup of coffee and nor is this my whatever-the-hell THIS is!
DAVE: Look Bill, I didn't put them there.
BILL: I'm not accusing you, but recently my desk has become a public dumping ground for half-eaten food.
DAVE: Look Bill, you're hardly ever at your desk. It’s in a high-traffic area. Now I would assume this was a mistake. So why don't you just throw it out and forget about it.
BILL: And what am I supposed to do the next time I find THAT and one of THOSE on my desk?
DAVE: Throw them out and forget about it.
BILL:And the next time?
DAVE: Throw them out and forget about it.
BILL: I think I’ve made my point!
DAVE:You know Bill, you’re being paranoid… AND annoying.
BILL: (looking over at his desk) Am I? AM I? (walking back over to his desk where another paper plate of food and cup are resting) It’s like some CRUEL MAGIC TRICK!

Just a friendly reminder that Season 3 is out tomorrow.

Bill from 'Space': "...Now available in vanilla nut flavor. So for a tasty treat that's good to eat, try Soylent Green. Soylent Green is people. Soylent Green. Made from the best stuff on Earth... People!"

Got mine in the mail yesterday, from my pre-order. Watched the first couple episodes last night. Good to finally have season 3. Now, bring on season 4 Sony.

My favorite season 3 episode is Airport. I can't wait. And my birthday is Thursday. I just hope my wife picks up on my hints. She ought to since she loves the show as much as I do. If not, I'll just pick it up with birthday cash.

So....anyone noticing the reappearance of "The Injury"? Putting it back into the second-season running on the first set made sense, but also sticking it on the third-season set....same episode....same broadcast cut missing the "per penis".....huh?

There was something mentioned in an older thread about why they did this; I can't seem to find the thread now, but I think it had something to do with the fact that that particular episode was made to run in Season 2 but eventually ran for Season 3 because of scheduling shifts, so Sony decided to put it on both sets to please everyone.

Oh, I know, that's definitely the reason they moved it back onto the first release; it's clearly, by tone, a second-season ep, so that makes perfect sense, restoring an NBC imposition, etc. It's just odd that, having done that, Sony would go and stick it on the third-season release as well; I don't know that I can see people fanatic enough to complain about its ordering clamoring for the original broadcast order.

What's more, these releases clearly aren't swimming in spare bits, what with Sony cramming twenty-five to thirty eps on three discs, so the wasted space of a repeated ep seems really sloppy. I mean, even if the standard four DVDs other shows get was too much, they could've at least given us the pop-up-video episode in that space...
