Does DDD CS take long to respond?

I got my DVD orders with a missing DVD. I sent an email to CS more than a week ago. According to DDD, because of the holiday season, it'll take awhile before they respond (maximum in 72 hrs). Anyway, it's my first time to order from them and I do hope they send me that missing DVD.

Personally, every time I've ever emailed DDD, I've got a response within two to three days..A lot of forum members say they never get responses, etc ..if you're able to, call them ...you'll get alot better results, quicker (usually..)

You should just give them a call at 1-800-264-5076 . They'll send you a replacement no questions asked. Before you do that though, check your invoice slip. They might have shipped out the DVD in a seperate package.

I often wonder if they even read their e-mail. Definately call them.

Before the holiday season. Never a problem.

Just a few days ago. Still waiting.

Ya gotta call them during this time of year or wait patiently.

In the past, my e-mails to them were always quickly answered. This time, it went almost a week without a response and I had to call on the phone. Give it 3 days, then call. It's silly to just wait and wait for an e-mail response without trying to call. Though, if you read these forums, you'll know the phone-line cs has its own problems.

Sometimes I hear back from them, sometimes I don't. No rhyme or reason..

I think with their recent 2 for 1 sale with boxsets, I would imagine emails will take longer than usual to reply. MY other emails lately took 1 week to get a reply.

Usuallys its 1-2 days.

But with a sale like the 2 for 1, you can imagine how busy they be fulfilling orders

I've got problems with them at the moment and i did send them an e-mail when the problem first popped up, and that was over a month ago and still no responce. I did call them but i live in England so get charged international rate and all that which i'd rather not do. Still yet remedy the problem although they think they reshipped the DVD's i'm yet to get them...
