If you can grab the ad from your newspaper, you can also try to PM at Circuit City or anyone else that carries the HDD and PMs.

Just picked up my order an hour ago, surprisingly they had a few left on the shelves. If you don't mind taking a trip to check at your local BB, they might still have them regardless of the store status online.

With the 10% off coupon (http://www.dvdtalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=448762), the BB deal can be had for $36 in store.

Yeah I checked the two near me and no dice. No big deal, hd deals always are coming around.

Lucky on the store allowing the coupon. I reread this after I printed it out...says "external hard drives" are allowed to be used with the coupon, well it worked for me too! Nice price by the way without a rebate to wait for in the mail.

I was able to buy one this afternoon at the BB just north of Pittsburgh and was also able to use the 10% off coupon. Nice deal but there was only one remaining after I grabbed mine.

funny thing happened. I actually went to another bestbuy this weekend (my 3rd one) and found the drive, used the coupon etc. Then I get home, and realize it won't work.
I need a SATA or serial ATA, not ATA or parallel ATA. Of course the SATA drive is gonna cost me more. Oh well Thx Guys.

i believe there are inexpensive PATA --> SATA converters you might be able to try.
