Digital Eyes Used DVD Trade In issues
anyome else having issues with credit being posted to thier accounts when trading in used dvd's? Had a quote for 88 bucks and the dvds HAVE been recieved by them back in November but nothing has been posted to my account. I called and they were going to have someone call back and no one did. Email has been ignored. Now there is like a 16 dollar credit posted to my account that no one knows where it came from?

I'm starting to wonder about a used quote I sent in in mid January. I've sent in discs many times before and have never had any problems (even when others were reporting delays), but six weeks is starting to worry me. I have a new batch ready to send, but I certainly don't want to let them go until the credit for the others posts.

E-mail me with your quote number and I will look into this. We are running a week or less to process quotes right now so yours should have been processed by now.
