wanted: synopsis of lost and invasion for 12/7

missed both episodes last wednesday. any place to find them online for free? can anyone give me a long winded full detail version of what happened? mucho appreciated!

I saw Lost, but not Invasion.

Not much happened on Lost until the end when Locke and Jack were killed.

Lost was a repeat, and there was no Invasion. Alias is taking over that time slot for a short period.

Actually I think it was a new episode, but the electomagnetic dynamos on the island created a rift in the space-time continuum causing them to repeat past events. This is all part of a Lost theory I'm working on.
