Thundercats Season 1 Vol 2 recall?
I work at a CD/DVD retailler in Canada and we just got an email today (or possibly yesterday) saying that there was a recall on Vol 2 of Thundercats, which was due to be released this Tuesday (Dec 6).
Anyone know what the deal is? I searched and couldn't find any recent Thundercat threads.
Also, I did see that there was a problem with Vol 1 to the extent that they had to issue replacement discs but couldn't find out what the problem was. So my questions are why is Vol 2 being recalled and is this strictly a Canadian thing (like stupid Battlestar Gallactica Season 2 ) and what needed to be replaced in Vol 1?

thats the first i have heard of it. The problem with the first set was that a couple of episodes were missing the music tracks on the english audio.
threads worth taking a look at...
Thundercats: Volume 2 on December 6th
Thundercats: Season 1, Volume 1 Release Date
A little news regarding the Thundercats replacement disk

Just to answer my own question, it appears that they shipped out Thundercats S1 Vol2 in the volume 1 box. The discs and cases are the second part of the season but they put it in the same box as the initial release so it even says on the back "Volume 2 coming soon". I don't know how widespread this is but all of our stores copies have to go back.

We received half of our order for 120 recently at Best Buy, and they all have the correct Volume 2 packaging. It's also got the hologram like the first set. Looks pretty sweet. It's in our ad for next week and we haven't been issued a recall notice, so you know... blame Canada.

Hello all,
I hope Amazon.ca receieved the apropriate slip cover for volume 2.
I wouldn't want to wait forever for them to get the correct cover and
wait again to recieve the replacement.
It's bad enough that the incompetant person that answered my call
regarding the volume1 disc1 replacement didn't even put my name/info
in their list when I called the number in early sept.
There, I feel a lot better now!
