Stuck in Quake 4. Help!
I'm at the boss guy just before you are turned into a Strogg (after killing the two spider looking guys). The gamefaqs FAQ says to "just survive", that you can't kill him. So, I hid in a corner for a really long time and nothing happens. I unload nearly all my ammo and again nothing happens. I can't seem to find any doors or tunnels to get out of the room. What does one do to get by him?

You don't get by him (that's why you turn into a Strogg). You just keep shooting at him and he will shoot out a beam which lifts you up in the air. The computer takes over and a cutscene begins showing how you are turned into the Strogg.
