Need for Speed: Most Wanted

Picked this game up today and I am really digging it. The storylines are really good and it's great to have the police chases back!

I started off with the Chevy Cobalt SS and have just got on the Blacklist at #15.

Here is how the Cobalt looks currently:

Anyone else pickup the game yet?

That's one ugly car

Nope, passing once again....I was slightly intrigued by the 360 version, but reviews tell me to stay away.

I thought IGN gave the 360 version a very good review... In the 8+ range if I remember correctly.

The SP is fun alright, but I mainly picked this up for some fun online with me and my friend. Unfortunately thats where EA dropped the ball. There's no online pursuit chases which is a major, major negative for me. No replays? Huh?! Also there are a number of problems that EA needs to address. One such big problem is that whenever I join a game and the host is losing, he ends up quitting and doesn't lose points!

I bought this game the other day and can't decide if I want to keep it or not. I got the Xbox Black Edition instead because of some bonus stuff.

Is the game worth it? I played it on the PSP and it seems pretty good. I could only expect more on the console version.

The only reason I doubt myself is that I tried playing the PS2 demo and the handling wasn't so great. Is that how it is on the full game? I remember Hot Pursuit 2 a little differently. Maybe I'm just spoiled with Burnout Revenge.

NFS:HP2 was a near perfect experience. I wish they just made a part 3.

Exactly my thoughts. That game had everything. Will pass on Most Wanted in hopes that a HP3 shows up at some point.

I saw a Black Edition of the Most Wanted in the store for $60 (PS2, I think). How does it differ from the regular edition?
