For me, I sampled some new shows, and I still watch them:
Freddie - originally for Jacqueline Obradors, but the grandma's Spanish dialogue is pretty funny too. Green and Prinze are actually pretty funny, but I still only laugh AT the Prinze character.
Twins - it's light and fun.
Out of Practice - it's finally caught its footing around episode 3, I like the ensemble cast.
Hot Properties - anything with Gail O'Grady I'll probably stare at.

This has been some week for admissions for me. First, I admit that the girlfriend pees on me in the shower, and now this: I watch The Young and the Restless......and I like it.
It started when the gf and I just began dating. It was something she enjoyed doing that I did in order to, as she puts it, earn 'points'. Now it's become sort of a ritual that we sit down every night and watch that days Y&R.
I don't like it to the point of watching it without her or anything like that, but it's enjoyable enough that I no longer watch it with the purpose of earning points.
And besides, Victor Newman =

I do. Lately I'm losing points just as fast as I can earn them, so I'm not about to go and give up one of my major sources of pointage.

Well, I still also watch:
Two and a Half Men - just simply a great mesh of writing and acting. I LOL a lot when I watch this show.
America's Next Top Model - mainly for the cattiness and hoping the lightbulb goes off in some of the contestant when it comes to modeling.

If I had to judge my viewing habits according to comments made in TV Talk, then i'm not ashamed to admit that I watch the Simpsons, Law & Order: CI, Prison Break and Lost. And I enjoy 'em all.
If I were judging it by the real world, then i'd have to admit to watching One Life To Live and General Hospital. However, I don't know if I could say I "like it". Occasionally there are some good things, but it's pretty much a habit. Much like Smallville, to a lesser degree..
I actually thought about catching Freddie and Hot Properties for the reasons Patman listed [in addition to Sofia Vergara and, in some instances, Nicole Sullivan], but I just couldn't do it.

I don't think I really have one. All I watch on TV are:
Lost
Invasion
Desperate Housewives
ER
Law and Order
Law and Order: SVU
Scrubs
PTI
and all manner of sports and highlights shows.
I guess on the forum Invasion would be the pick, as everyone seems to hate it. In real life, many people are surprised I like Desperate Housewives. But I don't consider either to be guilty pleasures personally.

I hate Crossing Jordan, but I haven't missed a single episode. Why? Because I like all of the characters except for Jordan C. herself. How messed up is that?

Coming from a family who worships mexican soap operas and redicules the "white" soaps that never ever end I admit that I watch (and like) All My Children, One Life To Live, and General Hospital. That's right, I'm guilty three times over and I'm a guy!

I'm embarrassed to admit that i LOOOOVE:
"The Nanny shows"... my favorite being "Suppernanny" (Jo Frost, will you marry me? )
"The Wife swap shows"... my favorite being "Wife Swap"
"Girlfriends" on UPN.... Total "urban" chick show but I like it for some reason.
"Maury"... especially when he's doing "DNA test shows".
"Becker(late night reruns)"...very funny show
