My wife and I just finished the DVD's of Season Four, and we really would like to avoid waiting until next year to watch Season Five.

Does anyone know if ABC or TNT will be showing the reruns of Season Five?

I know that ABC has shown five episodes so far, but is there a hiatus that is scheduled during December or something that might allow us to Tivo and catch up?

I really don't want to bittorrent since I don't want to mess with all that or potential viruses/spyware.

Did TNT show reruns? The show is about to go on major hiatus while Garner has her baby. I would expect that they'll be showing repeats of this season after November sweeps until late February. As it is, this Thursday's episode is only the 6th new one of the season (out of 22). If you start taping them now, chances are you'll be able to easily get caught up by February sweeps.

I would guess over the summer. It isnt even doing good in the ratings the first time. I doubt they would reshow it.

I don't think ABC has shown Alias reruns during the summer, have they? With this likely being the last year of Alias, the chances of reruns (not counting TNT/syndication) seem very small.
