Cmon Chris Masters is a LOT better than most men his size. He is able to be carried to decent matches and he is decent on the mic.

what shirt is Randy Orton wearing there?

His rko shirt. It looks like an old nwo shirt.

Yeah, Masters isn't as bad as people make him out to be... maybe he's being pushed too hard too soon, and his finishing move stinks, but otherwise he's got a good look and isn't too much of a stiff at this point. I mean, he's not going to the X-division anytime soon, but still...
Is it just me, or has Shelton Benjamin all but disappeared?
On another note, I know there's already a thread about this in the main forum, but I had no idea they were packaging up all the Wrestlemania's and releasing them on DVD. I didn't know about the big boxset, but i did pickup the first volume when I saw it at Walmart, which has 1 to 5. Wrestlemania 3 was the first event I ever watched, so I hope it holds up to my nostalgic memories of it...

Can anyone explain why Kid Kash is wrestling the Online Only shows, instead of on TV???
Yet they still feel the need, at a PPV, for matches involving Coach, Vader, Mick Foley & Jimmy Snuka (w/help from Kamala & Hacksaw)... Do they think they're stuggling for talent or something???

Way too cluttered with King, Styles and Coach there... someone needs to go *cough*coach*cough* soon.

The only match I bothered to actually watch last night was that kane/Big show match. It was pretty terrible. Guys just kind of walking around slowly and then standing around looking at each like they are trying to figure out something to do and then just hitting each other with stuff occasionally. I didn't pay attention to much anything else. Good to see Joey Styles in the commentary seat. Coach officially has no reason to be there now.

Styles needs to be there on his own. While he's used to calling matches solo, he doesn't have the skill to carry two incompetent asshats like Coach and Lawler.
Last night was the usual WWE trainwreck. The continued insistance of shoving Masters in the main event slot confuses me. The man can't wrestle, he can't talk, and while he may have a great build he has the face of a horse. Seriously, that's one ugly bastard.
For years I've been bitching about them hot-shotting angles in two or three weeks. Finally they take a long time to set something up, and it's the most annoying angle on the show - Mickie James. Christ, please just turn her heel already.
Davari? What kind of sense is that supposed to make, other than he's a heel? Shit, Bischoff could have come out as the ref and it would have made more sense.

11-08-05, 09:27 AM
Yeah I saw that at the end there with Angle/Davari and I was like "That's the big plot twist for the week?" I barely remember who this middle eastern referee is and why I would care that he has joined forces for Angle.
Well Coach is back on the mic... But Joey Styles is there to show him how it's done...
"Get Carlito a mic..." WHY???
No more Cabanas... SOLD! Give him the part...
Mickie has something to say... HA!
Bischoff's look is priceless...
Bischoff sounds like he's losing his voice...
Week after week Edge hammers it home... I'M A HEEL!!!
Wow, they're starting the Carlito/Shelton match online... Interesting.
Well this Unlimited thing isn't correct... It says Live Right Now and they went through 2 ads...
Doesn't Shelton always hurt his knee???
"What's so cool about hanging out with Daddy?" HA!!!
And now a quick break for Tits & Ass...
Nice clothes line, Victoria...
Thumbs Up to Candice's pants...
What the fuck was that Mickie just did...
Am I the only one that anticapating the Victoria/Candice lesbian storyline???
SIGN: VADER vs. Gravity FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!
So we covered Taboo Tuesday... Next.
(Went out for some drinks and the Pats game...)
(Finished over breakfast)
Eh, not a thrilling Hardcore Tag match...
HA... They have 45 mins. it'd be great if he did this like 5-6 times...
How are they gonna fix the fans???
Oh yeah, I almost forgot HHH...
Conway v. Flair...
I guess they can't say Testicular Claw on regular TV...
Let's see some blood...
So apparently they're gonna let their heads heal up...
Another Undertaker "Return from the Dead"... ok.
"Slut." - Eric... Nice...
"Nothing the crowd can do about it." - Coach
The crowd isn't responding 'cause they're bored, with "The Masterpiece"
Hey I saw this censor gag on Family Guy, Sunday... It's still kinda funny.
Where does HBK find those chain-linked get-ups???
Is this a dramatic pause waiting for Cena???
Holy SHIT!!! Oh it's only Divari.... I thought it was Hassan for a second...
HAHAHA! The slow counts are funny...
They really are preparing Masters to be a Main Event worker...
While I'm not against it, they will definatly need to retool his character... The fans just aren't responding - good or bad...
2 outta 5... Very uninspired, lack-luster show... But at least we didn't get any long winded promos...

I really enjoyed the opening match of Benjamin/Carlito. And the women's tag match with that sweet move that Mickie James pulled off and got dropped on the ropes. -ohbfrank-

Batista injury update
November 9, 2005
World Heavyweight Champion Batista injured his back at the SmackDown television taping Tuesday night in Indianapolis.
Earlier today, Batista traveled to Birmingham, Ala., to be seen by Dr. James Andrews. While meeting with Dr. Andrews, The Animal was informed that he had a decision to make concerning the treatment of the injury. He could either rehab his back, or opt for surgery. If he decides to go with the surgery, Batista could be out of action for as long as three months.
Batista plans on making his decision by the weekend.

too bad about Batista, I was just beginning to like him (never thought I would ever say that)
I wonder what they will do about the World title? I wish they would put it on Booker T, so he could be the 6 time, 6 time, 6 time WCW Champion! :D

They will have a tourney or appoint 2 contenders for a title match. I figure they will put it on JBL or Randy Orton.

They should do a 8 man tournament at the next Smackdown only PPV. I'd order it.
Dream Tournament would go like this
Round 1:
Orton vs Undertaker - double DQ, double count out, double something.
JBL vs Ray Mysterio - JBL wins
Eddie Guerrero vs Chris Benoit - Either way
Ken Kennedy vs Mystery Opponent who ends up being Brock - Brock
Round 2:
JBL gets a bye
Benoit/Guerrero vs Brock - Brock
Final:
Brock beats JBL
It won't happen because they wouldn't want to give the title to Brock quickly but it reestablishes him as a monster and can start the road to a Brock vs Batista Smackdown Main Event at Wrestlemania.

I would say now is a good time to just cancel smackdown and bring the smackdown people to Raw. Maybe two the shows put together can form one halfway decent 2 hour wrestling program.

Good point. Hopefully the damage hasn't already been done. Remember what happened when they put the strap on him in WCW?

I've always loved tournaments. I like the idea of 8 or 16 guys facing off two at a time until only one undefeated guy remains. However, I doubt the WWE would put a full tournament on PPV again. Even the last few King of the Ring tourneys only had the semifinals & finals; all previous matches were on TV.
If necessary, I wonder who will get the title.
JBL - Strong probability, he's still the #1 heel on SD.
Guerrero - Possible.
Benoit - Doubtful, his time as world champ has come and gone.
Booker T - Another doubtful.
The Undertaker - Does he really want or need another full time run as champ? I know we don't.
Rey Mysterio - This would be very interesting.
Matt Hardy - Ya rite.
Ken Kennedy - Way, way too soon.
Heidenreich - Now I'm just being a silly goose.

If not Booker T, I'd love to see Mysterio as world champion. Put him in David vs Goliath type matches where he always barely comes out on top against the huge monster. Let him run with the World Title till Wrestlemania, where they bring Batista back as a heel and have Batista vs Mysterio at Mania.

I actually like this idea it's alot like what they did with HBK during his first title run where he had to face Diesel, British Bulldog, Vader, Mankind and Sid. That was great stuff.

Ouch, I completely forgot about him, which is kind of telling. I suppose he would be a somewhat fresh face considering he hasn't really done much besides a long uneventful feud with the Taker.
