Just this past week I finished The Witching Hour by Anne Rice (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?partner_id=59826076&userid=5q20TWRCpq&isbn=0345367898&itm=2)

and The Hill Road by Patrick O'Keeffe (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?partner_id=59826076&userid=5q20TWRCpq&isbn=0670033987&itm=1)

Not sure what I'm starting next. I've narrowed it down to two: either Bram Stoker's Dracula (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?partner_id=59826076&userid=5q20TWRCpq&isbn=0486411095&itm=1)

or The Company Of Strangers by Robert Wilson (http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/isbnInquiry.asp?partner_id=59826076&userid=5q20TWRCpq&isbn=0425199908&itm=2)

I'm about 80 pages into:
House of LeavesI was at Borders the other day waiting for a movie to start and sat down and read the first two chapters. I was definitely hooked and now I have to go buy it when I get the chance.

Horatio Hornblower - Beat to Quarters, by C.S. Forester if you can't tell.
Will be finishing this one this week:

by Chuck Palahniuk, which is the worst book I can remember reading. Every chapter makes me want to stop, but I just can't bring myself too do it. Of the 20 chapters I've read, 2 of the short stories have been good, the rest are crap... and the tying narrative is beyond bad.
About 50 pages into:

Finished up Will Christopher Baer's Hell's Half Acre last night and getting ready to start Neil Gaiman's Anansi Boys. Also reading Widow burning in India for a paper in Anthropology this weekend.
Almost finished with this one...Now trying to find something next to read, but having a hard time.

I'm about to start this one again. I bought Parts V, VI and VII when they came out and decided to start the series again before reading the last 3 books.
Almost done with it, and it is abit better than Crossroads of Twilight. But I still don't think RJ will ever finish this series (although KoD does make the final battle more imminent than ever, still, there are just too many loose ends to tie up, not to mention, he introduced a few new ones).
I've read all of his books except "Peace Kills". One of the funniest writers out there.

There is usually an insert in every book that says you can get 2 books for the price of 1 every month. Pay $6.99 a month (plus $2 s/h) and you will be mailed the current book for that month plus one from their archive.
Edit: I just checked and yes, it is the same offered stated on their website. I'd definitely do this if I hadn't already read all of their titles. ;)

So I get 2 books for $8.99 per month total? Sounds like a winner to me. I'm going to go sign up.
That was such a good book. I need to pick it up again.
Right now I'm reading the summary of Storm of Swords to refresh my memory for when I start Feast for Crows. It's been almost two years since I've read SoS all the way through.
Since I posted earlier in this thread my order for The Rising and City of the Dead arrived. I'll start on them as soon as I finish this:

Finished "House of Leaves" (Wow!). Following it up with another critically-acclaimed, footnote-filled, story of the fantastic and macabre:

Post your thoughts on this when you're done. Seems like something I'd like.
Anyone read it? Thoughts? I hear it's kinda Victorian in style.
