I was JUST about to post this.
Here is what I have. I am totally up in the air about pretty much my entire starting lineup, outside of my DEF and K.
So....what would you do?

Collins/Harrison/Randle El/McCardell sub Fisher for Pittman (unless something comes out that Cadillac is not playing). Assuming you get pt/per reception. Start the rest of your current starting lineup.
Wilford is a gamble that is intriguing, but I would start Fisher because of the probable looks and touches.

I get 6 for a TD and 1pt/20yds.
Harrison/Randel El/McCardell scares me because they are all inconsistant. I could get 14-16pts each or .14-.16. Unforunately Curtis is my most consistant receiver....and he has a bye week.
Fisher for Pittman is a very good call. He had some good pts last game, and C. Williams is probably going to get some touches...last I heard. I'm having a tough time keeping collins in there with Brees against the NYJ. I am a NYJ's fan....but I don't want that to cloud my judgment and think the Jets will hold SD to less than 21 pts.

Ped- I would definitely replace Stallworthless with Harrison. Besides the fact that he will kill you, Horn looked pretty good this week, which makes Stallworthless even more uncertain. The Pittman decision is a tough one. Cadillac did not do so hot last week so Pittman may be worth a shot there, but I may consider putting Wilford there instead (I know it is a stretch but that guy has a knack for coming up with big plays). The rest of the lineup looks pretty good.

Which two RBs should I start?
Kevin Jones @ Minn
Cadillac vs Car
Jamal Lewis vs Cin
Carolina is 2nd in run D and Cinci is 22nd. But Jamal Lewis has sucked real bad this season. Although Cadillac didnt do too well against SF last week and may still be hurt. Minnesota is terrible so I think Jones should get a start, but who else? This is a must win against the 1st place team.

chrisih8u; Definitely go with Jones this week. He is against the Viqueens and he had a breakout game against them last year. I would wait until the weekend, if you can, to decide on Williams. If he is deemed healthy, go with him. If not you might be stuck with Lewis.
raven56706: Coles. his team will be coming form behind and throwing a lot and he is the number one option. Whereas Randal El is on a run first team and has now been bumped to being the third pass option (at least in the redzone) thanks to the emergence of their rookie TE.

Who would you go with?
K. Jones @ Minny
or
C. Brown @ Clev.
And
H. Miller @ G. Bay
or
Crumpler @ Miami
I'm leaning towards Brown and Miller.

Here is what I did. I'm taking a bit of a chance on Wilford, but he looked very good last week, and he is going against Houston. Randle El is going against GB, so I figure he'll get some touches. I'm hoping Collins lights up KC. Brees in NYJ is tempting...but I think that could either be big numbers, or mediocre at best. I'd rather take some solid numbers from Collins, instead of chancing a blowup/bust from Brees.

I think that looks good. I agree with you about taking a chance on Collins. That game is more likely to be a shootout, so he may pass a lot. Brees on the other hand should build a nice comfortable lead and let LT thrash that putrid run D, so he may not throw as much.

With Plummer on a bye, I have to choose between:
A. Brooks vs Bears
C. Simms vs Carolina
-ohbfrank-
I'm actually strongly considering Simms. The Bears have only given up more than 14 points twice (Browns & Bengals). Not really any free agents available either (Brad Johnson, Kurt Warner...).

Well, my "waiver flavor of the week" this week is Courtney Roby of the Titans. I have him as my new WR3. Now that Joe Horn is off the injury list, my 1 and 2 are set, with Driver being the other. Roby got over 80 yds last week in this 1st start. He should get plenty of looks this week since the Titans are hurting at WR. I also read that D-Jax is getting better and will hopefully return to the lineup in a couple of weeks. I hope so, as I'm getting ready to go through a touch stretch in my league. I'm 6-2 right now, but I have 2 tough teams coming up. Benching Jamal Lewis should only help my team and Ronnie Brown is playing great. Hopefully Kevin Jones can keep improving.

I'm playing the 1st place team this week and want to make sure i'm playing the best available players, so I need your help.
Am I making the right choices...also Jamal Lewis and Darrell Jackson are on waivers are they worth picking up, if yes who to drop?
Thanks for the help.
Alright, I would start with putting Collins in for Jake D.. This is actually a close call, but I expect Oak to have to throw a lot more than Car this week so, the tie breaker goes to Collins.
Next, I would replace Porter with Branch. Porter is not due for another good game for another three weeks. In other words, he is terribly inconsistent and I expect Brady and Branch to bring their 'A' games against the Colts. Add to that the fact that NE's Rbs are all banged up and all signs point to a pass heavy game.
Finally, I would watch the injury reports closely this weekend and if Preist is out, I may consider replacing KJ with LJ. Don't get me wrong, I think KJ is a solid play this week, but I couldn't pass up LJ starting all by himself against OAK's defense.
As for the waiver wire. I am amazed that DJax is available. He will be back (barring any setbacks) in time for the fantasy playoffs and probably with a week or two to spare. He is a top flight WR and I would not hesitate to pick him up and stash him on my bench for a couple of weeks. If I were you, I would gladly drop Brunell for DJax. Brunell is a decent QB this year, but you have three of them right now and that is a little overkill. I think Jake and Kerry are better and more consistent options than Brunell, so he would get tossed to the curb.
Just a few of my thoughts, hope that this helps.

Owens was upgraded to questionable today. He might play after all.

You should not have two defenses and three quarterbacks, unless they are all top-flight...which is both uncommon and not the case.
Drop both, and pick up Djax and Jamal...

Who should I start Sunday Hines Ward or Chester Taylor ?
Con:Ward doesn't have Big Ben throwing to him and he's listed as probable with his shoulder.
Pro: They're playing Green Bay (1 - 6)
Con:Taylor isn't the #1 guy yet. right now he's sharing the load with Lewis
Pro: Cin isn't a good team against the run

Yogi....Collins should be a no brainer this week. Many fantasy sites have him in the top 2 or 3 for QBs this week. KC gives up a ton of yards, and it will be a shootout. Delhomme is against TB, and I'm guessing they are going to play with a mean streak because they lost to SF last week.

alright this is my toughest week picking a lineup yet. I have to chose
WR
WR
RB
RB
W/R
1/20 yards
6 TD
1 REC
.25 Rush
And here's my options
WR A. Boldin {OUT}
WR S. Smith {obvious start}
WR C. Rodgers {just back from a reefer ban}
WR T. Owens {faaaaaaak}
RB L. Jordan {obvious start}
RB C. Dillon {faaaaaaaaak}
RB C. Perry
RB A. Pearman {boo}
RB P. Pass
this is very difficult because both dillon and TO put up big numbers if they play, but who knows if they will.

Wow, I hadn't heard about TO. That's good news for me as in my main cash league I was supposed to play against him.
I would probably go with Gabriel. Collins seems to be spreading the ball around alot. Even with TO out, there are still other options for McNabb; Lewis x2, Westbrook.

What's the story on Priest Holmes? Is he going to play or not?
In my league you only get points if they score; I picked up Mike Sellers of the Wash. Redskins. He's listed as a running back but get this: he has zero running attempts or yards for the season, and only six receptions. But four of those six receptions are for TDs. He's being used as a tight end in goal-line stances. Works for me.
Anyway, I need to start two RB's. I have Priest Holmes, Larry Johnson (of KC), Mike Sellers, and T.J. Duckett (who has the week off). I'll probably go with Johnson and Sellers, but any thoughts out there on this?
