Looking forward to tonight's episode... this is one funny show.

By the way, if anyone is interested, John Krasinski (Jim) will be on Late Night with Conan O'Brien on Wednesday night. (early Thursday morning for us East Coasters)

Just IMDB'd him, and didn't realize he's also in Jarhead.

They had a small bit about that in Entertainment Weekly. Apparently he had a really small role with Jake Gyllenhahl, but started improvising lines and made Jake crack up. Not only did Sam Mendes encourage this and use these takes, he later called John back to write two additional pages of dialogue because he felt the film needed a bit more of that comedy relief.

The synopsis for tonight sounds ripe for comedy. I hope this show sticks around for awhile, but all the talk about moving Earl to Thursdays worries me a little.

Cool about Jarhead.

Earl to Thursday? When? What time? It must be doing really well. Does make it sound like the Office is left out in the cold though.

Dream scenario would be moving Office and Earl to Thursdays and putting the Apprentice on Tuesdays.

Yep they need to bring back teh funny to Thursday. Right now they have nothing, comedy-wise. It was a staple from the 80's and until Friends went off the air. Since then they have had nothing but a big black hole in their schedule between 8 and 10.

If we're talking about dreams, I'd suggest moving the whole first two hours of Thursday to make room for:

Scrubs
The Office
My Name Is Earl
(new sitcom that is worthy of the timeslot)

Jim's West Side Story walk when Michael was going to the cafeteria to confront Dwight was hysterical.

I think something came out of my nose when Kevin said, "Sweep the leg."

Haha, that was exactly what I was going to post. Funniest line of the show.

"You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Raging Bull. Pacino".

I thought everything up to the dojo was great but that the episode lost something afterward.

Jim: "Dwight... as sempai do you ever think there's a day when humans and robots can peacefully co-exist?"

Dwight: "Impossible. The way they're programmed... you're mocking me..."

"Todd F. Packer, you know what the F stands for?"

"Fudge" Just the pissed off way he delivered that line was great.

Let's gangbang this out. The looks after Michael said that were great. I busted out laughing a bunch of times this episode, and probably consider it one of the best episodes.

Wash your hands.

Some good stuff this episode, though I thought the actual fight at the dojo was a bit weak. Michael making the prank calls surprisingly stayed funny throughout. Jim giving Pam the potato chips was a nice touch too.

for me, Jim and Pam are the new Ross and Rachel. I just love the on-screen chemistry there.

Very funny episode. Lots of little jokes that could go over people's heads if they don't know, but make the episode even better (Raging Bull, Sweep the leg, etc...)

Pammmy-S

Pam's got a tight tummy, there.

I LOL'd when Kevin comes out of the bathroom stall, with a lit candle.

The loogie threat was hilarious as well.

When Dwight went into his karate stance and punched Michael in the stomach, I lost it. I had to watch that part twice.

Oh man, that was great.

Great episode last night. Loved when Dwight was demonstrating karate on the Indian gal, "Let me take you from behind."
