Not to mention when the FOX Store did their 50% off sale back in April it was for EVERYTHING FOX not just these selected sets.

Bear in mind that there's going to be a price drop for X-Files sets at DDD early next year. A search for "X-Files season" shows that season sets will be reduced to $36.59 as of 1/31/06, so y'all might want to wait a bit and save.

That's not a price drop. They're rereleasing seasons 1-3 on 1/31/06. And seasons 4-9 will still be the current ones that are out now, at the current prices.

Does anyone know what some of these title's prices usually are at DDD? It's cool that they're giving 50% off of retail but they seem a little high. I mean, isn't most of their stuff priced a good deal off of retail already? I guess I'm just getting spoiled by DDD but this sale doesn't look very appealing.

The Bob Newhart and Mary Tyler Moore 1st Season sets are now $14.98 each at DDD ( Same as Amazon but with free shipping) not $19,98 per the first post.

Those who want to wait until next year, will get new packaging in thinpaks. Seasons 4-9 will also be REreleased in the new packaging.
