I was looking in this week's ad and noticed Wizard of Oz 2-disc is $12.99 for RZ members. Also, between House of Wax, Betwitched, and Rize there is also a caption that says $12.99 for RZ members. Has anyone had any luck getting these for $12.99 or anything else for $2 off like Dominion? This may be a semi-local thing because I heard some stores did this for Unleased/Kingdom of Heaven. Any info would be great!

Why would you have a problem getting a price in an ad?
They've been doing $12.99 RZ prices for a few weeks.

not sure as I have no interest in any titles you posted, this week or last. That would be a pretty sweet weekly deal.
I did read that BB is trying out new RZ incentives in Ohio that may become a country wide thing soon? Do you live there?

I wasn't sure, they were not like this ever before at my BB and the ad had the offer placed funny. So the responses answer that, thanks. I'll be getting Wax and Wizard now.

Yeah, I wasn't aware of the RZ discount either. I was in line ready to price-match Circuit City's price for House of Wax but it rang up $12.99. Herbie Fully Loaded also rang up $12.99. So yeah, if this is becoming a regular BB deal for new releases - that's pretty cool.

The price is only good for the east coast. The BB ad in LA said $16.99, I got it for $14.99 with my rewards card.

I picked up Wizard of Oz at CC for $12.59. Very satisfied with that price and the 2-disc set, although the 3-disc is a neat package.

In Holland, MI, they don't have this. I went in and asked about the special RZ pricing for WoO and they said no deal because it wasn't in the weekly ad.

Both Wizard of Oz 2-disc and House of Wax were $12.99 for RWZ members here in Cleveland.
With this coupon if you join the "reward zone" for $10, they'll send you $10 in certificates through the mail.

Now this is a damn worthwhile promotion. I love when they just cut prices (they did it awhile back on New Line Platinum Series) for RZ members, IMO doing this every couple of weeks (or every week for that matter) would get a lot of people back at Best Buy after several months of uncompetitive new release pricing.
Also, was anyone able to get Dominion Prequel to the Exorcist for less than $19.99 with their RZ?

UUUgggh, the dopey cashier and manager spend about 10 minutes with me while I tried to explain I wanted the RZ pricing and the Best Buy Bucks together on my WoO 2-disc until the manager finally got frustrated and insisted that the RZ was a coupon and the BB$ was a coupon and I couldn't combine coupons. I KNEW IT COULD HAVE BEEN DONE HA!!!

Some Best Buy employees / managers are pretty clueless at times.....

Same here in Ann Arbor - it's not even in the ad for this week, apparently it was truly regional. I didn't even realize until after I got home that I didn't get the RZ discounts

The way to check if you can get it for $12.99 is go to their site and check the weekly ad. You can select a location by zip code. Mine shows up (Washington DC) at $12.99.

It actually gives me a particular store location and an option to check the ad prices for other stores. Will be useful as BB supposedly plans on making pricing more regional and charging higher prices for particular locations.

I tried to get teh $12.99 price and then use $3 in Best Buy Bucks from McDs, but they wouldnt let me. Said I had to pay full $16.99 to get the discount then. I said F that, whipped out my $5 Reward Zone coupon, and go it for $8.99. Damn dude argued with me for every.

Yesterday I scored House of Wax for $12.99, Bewitched for $12.99, Queen of the Damned for $5.99 and Sleepaway Camp (RedCross Edition) for $16.99. On top of that I used a $3 McDonalds coupon and got 10% off my total order because I bought 4 or more DVDs. A BB employee handed me the 10% off coupon while I was walking down the aisle. Grant total out the door was $43.xx. Needless to say, I scored well.
