How many Star Trek DVDs did you buy?

I'm just curious. Out of the people that bought the new Star Trek SE's, I wonder who bought them all.

Personally, I bought all 10. Even in the "bad" Star Trek movies, I can still find enough to like to make it worth a purchase to me. IMO, even the worst movies are still better than most episodes. I guess that's why I'm a bigger fan of the movies (at least from the Original Series) than I am of the series itself. For TNG, I like the series better than the movies, but I still enjoy the movies though.

But...I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a part of wanted to buy these DVDs just so I could complete the collection. Don't get me wrong, my Star Trek DVDs are some of my most watched DVD in my collection, but I'd say I was probably more excited about adding Nemesis DVD to my collection than I was about actually having the movie.

So, anyway, just out of curiousity, I want to know how many people here that bought any of the Star Trek SE bought all of them.

I haven't bought any, but I'm thinking about buying 2, 4, and 6. I remember liking those. 3 and First Contact maybe as well.

The "trilogy" (2-4) & 6, + the Picard set... That's about all I have any interest in. Although if the DS9 series ever drops to a reason price I may pick that up.

Got them all (the SEs)
As far as TV goes - just TOS - If TNG and Enterprise were cheaper I'd buy them up in a heartbeat, but I refuse to pay $80 for a television season...

i waited for the big ass box set....i'll be getting it during "the" sale. I owned the first season of TNG, but sold it off after i figured out how much it was going to cost me to buy all of it. i also bought season 1 of DS9 for under ten bucks and sold it quickly and made a buck.

I have "Star Trek: The Motion Picture", because it only came as a Special Edition.
All the other nine Trek movies I have the barebones editions of.

I bought all seasons of The Next Generation and Voyager, but none of the other series.

As far as the TV series goes, I have the entire TNG series and that's it. I managed to get them all used for $50 & $60 at Hastings, and I had built up alot of store credit so that deflected most of the cost.

Went the Pokemon route. Gotta catch 'em all. Well, except Voyager, of course, but that should be a given.

I have the first nine movies, and am waiting for the inevitable DDD sale to get the new Nemesis. The only tv set I have is the Picard collection. I'm hoping Paramount drops the season sets to under $50 and then I'll happily pick up all the TOS and TNG sets.

Everything except Seasons 2-4 of Enterprise, which I need solely for a complete ST set, since I'll never watch them. Plus I need to pick of the Nemesis:SE (for the same reason)

Never really watched the show but I do enjoy the majority of the movies. Don't own any yet but I plan on eventually picking up 1-6, 8-9. I wasn't a fan of Generations or Nemesis.

As for the TV shows, I own TNG 3 to 6 (so far)

The first six movies (SEs). That's where I stop. Nothing else ST-related in my collection.

Just I-IV, VI, *and First Contact. Basically the only ones I liked.

Would like the get the TOS, and some TNG. Someday. When Paramount gets a bit more realistic with their prices.

I have the whole Star Trek Franchise. The only thing I have missing is Enterprise Season Four. If they can release the animated Trek, I will be a very happy man.

I think all I have are I-IV, VI. I skipped V, because it was not an entertaining movie.

I have all but Nemesis. I'll probably pick that up eventually, even though I don't care for it. I've gotta have the matching set. Come to think of it, the Motion Picture looks alittle out of place, gold instead of silver.
