SNL 10/8/05 - (H) Jon Heder (M) Ashlee Simpson

The promo this week has shown a voiceless Ashlee with Fred Armisen as mouthpiece for her. If you ask me, she should lip-sync to Fred's impression of her.

Jon Heder should be fun.

As long as tonight's show has another "memorable" performance by Ashlee Simpson, I'm there.

Remember, if she gets booed off the stage tonight, it's only because she's rooting for USC.

I will admit she looks a lot better as a blonde. You just know they will go out of their way to make sure her "performances" go off without any problems. I'm sure her team has devised plenty of "recovery strategies" by now.

I'm on the west coast, so i'm sure her performace will be edited somewhat for me. Whatever, i'll be recording and fastforwarding through her anyways.

They really should retire the "Kaitlyn" skit character.

SNL - Ashlee Simpson

Anybody see SNL tonight? Am I crazy or was she lip-synching? Didn't look/sound like she was singing live to me.

Looking at this bitch's lips, she absolutely has to be lip-syncing. But then the vocals are just atrocious. If that's the best they can make this media-whore's voice sound when she isn't even singing live... Well, at least the musical guest compliments the quality of the writing in this episode.

Is it me, or is Ashlee Simpson's nose very distracting? How can a singer with a 2-octave vocal range get so far?
