Sydney teams up with Renée - a fugitive on the CIA's most wanted list -- to track down the murderer of a close friend before the killer can strike again. Meanwhile, Jack enlists a reluctant new agent, Thomas Grace (Balthazar Getty), and Weiss struggles to decide whether or not to accept a promotion that would force him to leave his colleagues.

Yeah, it looks like they were trying to create a "Waking Life" type effect and gave up partway through.

Now when they roll, they show scenes with each character instead of them all being Sydney in different outfits.

You know with Weiss being a "special guest star" now, I'm always going to have a bad feeling when he goes on a mission.

My f'ing cable service wasn't working properly. On my DVR, it only recorded the audio during the HD feed of Alias. The only time I had video and audio was during the damn commercials!

I liked it, but I'm not as critical as others are. Sloane had one scene

It looks kind of sloppy, but I suppose I could get used to it.

I don't mind the other characters, but Sydney's character just doesn't feel right now. Hope the other new characters get some more scenes.

I don't think they'll bring Vaughn back this soon, but really, we all know he's coming back.

so when it was being explained what the chamber was, It seemed quite obvious to me that
Spoiler:
Sloane had something to do with it all, since the chamber was described as a way to keep someone alive, possibly someone infected with a disease while they search for a cure, which is exactly what he's doing with Nadia.


Overall I'm losing faith real quick, which sucks because I really used to love this show..

I dont know why anyone watches this show anymore, seems to me people just watch so they can come in here and bitch about it. All anyone ever does is bash it (I mean really, complaining about the opening credits??). I agree that its not the show it was the first 2 years, but its still pretty entertaining, which is more than I can say for most of the shows on now.
