Dumbo's Circus used to be on The Disney Channel (when it was actually a premium channel) back in the later part of the 80's.

For some reason, out of the blue I had a scary nightmare about this last night. It was about the giant puppets from this show and clowns. Memories came flushing back about this ridiculous show with the stoner happy theme song. My mother still remembers this show and cringes when I bring it up.

She actually gets ticked off when I mention "The Facts of Life" too. I remember turning it on when the revival hit (early 2000's) and she caused a fight when it came on.

Anyways, I remember watching Dumbo's Circus everyday in 2nd grade before school. I am sure I probably wouldn't like it much now.

I was just wondering if anyone remembers this show and if it will ever make it's way to DVD?

I remember this was the show that had the full-sized people superimposed on the model sets.


The real question is what about that "Raccoons" cartoon that used to be on The Disney Channel.
