I know Metal Gear 2: Substance contained new features and new playable options, but at the same time if you chose to do so you could play the exact same game as you did with the regular version of Metal Gear 2. So my question is with regard to Ninja Gaiden Black and Metal Gear Sustinence can you play the exact same game as the original release or does it only include remixed versions, varied enemie and item placement, new enemies, etc? I ask because I want to retain the option of playing the original game, I don't want to be limited to super duper hard mode or a version where the key, treasure, or enemies aren't where or who they were in the orginal.

Ninja Gaiden Black is the same game already released (not sure Ninja Gaiden Triology Unluckable or not). Also, it includes Hurrican Pack 1 & 2 and Ninja Gaiden Arcarde perfect (whatever you called) plus you have option for easy mode instead HARD mode with NEW camera ;)

Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistance the same game with Online Co-Ops feature, extra mission and new camera that used in Metal gear Solid 4. :)

PS. I pickup Ninja gaiden black yesterday & it worth every pennies and looking forward MGS 3: Sub ;)

Ninja Gaiden is not exactly the same as NG:B. There are some differeneces in the types of enemies, as well as different abilities given to the enemies (they block better, and tend to be better at hitting you while you're off the ground, on the walls, etc.) That said, I really think the changes benefit the game without really making it that much harder. But that's just me, moral is: they are different.
