Children of Mana and Seiken Densetsu 4 announced!

Looks like one is for DS and other is still mystery. Good bets its ps2, possibly cube.

I'm so excited, I just hope they go back to basics(SOM and SD3). I know the experiment that was Legend of Mana and buggy lazy gba remake haven't helped this series.

I posted this in the DS thread. What was wrong with Sword of Mana? I just picked it up on sale and it seems pretty good so far. I love Secret of Mana and thought Seiken Densetsu 3 is extremely overrated, I tried playing it like seven times and just could never get into it. I got a copy of Legend of Mana but haven't played it yet.

Legend of Mana was "ok". I really enjoyed Sword of Mana though, mainly because I enjoyed the original GameBoy version(Final Fantasy Adventure).

I skipped the Mana GBA game because I heard some negative things about it, but if its based on Final Fantasy Adventure I will pick it up. I enjoyed all the FF Legend/Adventure GB games.

Yup, Sword of Mana is a big-time remake of the first Seiken Densetsu game (Final Fantasy Adventure here). I haven't played much into it yet and I'm not sure how much I remember of the original game so I'm not sure if I'll even recognize anything.

Children of Mana needs some wireless co-op. 2-3 player Secret of Mana was fantastic!

Secret of Mana was fantastic, and I loved being able to play a long involved RPG with my brother involved. Much more fun when grinding if you have someone to BS with.

awesome!! Secret of Mana lives! :) I thought they were going to finish the series with Sword of Mana being the last one they make but i''m glad I'm wrong. :)

This game wasn't nearly as bad as everyone said. It got total disrespect because it was made in the US, but I had a lot of fun playing it. It was a hell of a lot better than Legend of Mana.
