"JFK: Reckless Youth" DVD - problems?

This was just recently released, and one viewer states in his review that the disc contains only the 2nd half of the movie. Can anyone else confirm this? I preordered my copy, and since I never seen it, I guess I wouldn't notice anything amiss.
