These public domain $1 DVDs are becoming quite the norm. Today, while out shopping, I saw that Kroger had 3 stands full of PD DVDs. They came in slim plastic cases and were region-free. Lots of titles, but mostly the usual PD suspects. Here's some of them:

The Bat / House on the Haunted Hill (slight goof on the title )
