I thought it started well but kinda gets lame looking once we see adult Clark.

Enjoy.

fake in terms of not being "official" release, but the footage is real (from comic-con, right?)

Correct. Real footage incorporated from what was shown at Comic-Con, but a fake trailer as in not created and released by WB.

Yeah that's the fake teaser made up of footage from the comic con thing.

The footage looks good nonetheless.

Speaking of which...the new trailer is AWFUL...just like the teaser trailer was.

But yes, to get back on topic, we won't see the real Superman Returns Teaser until November.

we did get it in wild wild west? I don't want to full go off topic, but why did the tim burton/nic cage version never get made? and didn't both get 10 million bucks no matter what happened?

Budget went out of control.

Because fortunately for us, other smarter people came to the realization that it would've sucked big time.

Fake or not - that fan trailer is pretty well put-together. WB ought to commission that thing before the real teaser comes out...whomever put it together knows a thing or two about how to grab an audience.

Hopefully the REAL trailer won't show us a bunch of special effects shots from the movie and skimp on plot. That's the mistake the new Harry Potter trailer made.

I am impressed with the film, fake trailer or not. It already looks better than I had hoped. Can't wait.

I hope the real teaser can hold a candle to the fake one because this was very well done. I'm really looking forward to it.

I agree with Fok that Christopher Reeve still is (and I believe always will be) the man but Brandon Routh will hopefully make a good runner up.

Ok, I was kinda wrong. It was a different fake one that I saw before. This one can actually play in theaters IMO. Shit, that was awesome. Love how whoever made it used the Krypton theme instead of the more obvious Superman March.

For the money it cost for them to make it, the film better look great. The problem with is the entire film rests on Brando Routh's ability to convince the audience he's Superman, and of course his performance. Based on what I've seen of him, which is admittedly a little, I don't have much faith that he can come close to pulling it off. But I'm hopeful. Physically he's already behind the 8-ball based on the pictures and short clips.
