I think it looks sweet combining the art work of the single disk us version(in a tin no less) with the 2 disk version of the movie. I just hope some of the extras of the us version come with it.

Newbie question will it have pal speed up? And if so how will it effect the movie?

Yes on the PAL speed-up. it will be 4% shorter.
